Built a social media framework for Fresenius Medical Care NA including corporate HR guidelines, governance structure, publishing and listening technology, and channels for Fresenius Kidney Care.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
  • Published and circulated company wide Social Media Guidelines. Partnered with Human Resources and Legal to publish the document and make it a part of the annual employee on-boarding and training.
  • Launched social media channels for the Fresenius Kidney Care brand on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. A social community of 14,000 and growing.
  • Implemented social technology for enterprise publishing and listening. Integrated with public relations and customer service teams.
