Built a social media infrastructure for Fresenius Medical Care North America including channels, human resource policy, governance counsel and social technology. Once the FMCNA social infrastructure was built, lead development of channels for the Fresenius Kidney Care brand. Manage social content development, monitor channels to provide customer service, and lead paid media efforts.

  • Built an engaged social following of 14,000 in less than 8 months.
  • Steadily growing positive mentions of the Fresenius brand by 25% quarter over quarter.
  • Posting 400% fewer social posts than our largest competitor, while receiving an equal amount of engagement in 2016.
  • Integrated social customer service into the Call Center to resolve patient complaints. Resulted in a similar experience no matter that channel of outreach.
